Financial Health (20% of score)

Can the company meet its obligations? Low debt and strong liquidity reduce risk of financial distress.

Growth (15% of score)

How fast the company is expanding. High growth can justify higher valuations.

Dividends (5% of score)

Cash returned directly to shareholders. Important for income-focused investors, less relevant for growth stocks.

Tips for Interpreting

Compare within sectors. A P/E of 30 is expensive for a bank but normal for a tech company. Always compare similar businesses.
No single metric tells the whole story. A cheap P/E with terrible margins might be a value trap. Look at the full picture.
Growth vs. value. High-growth companies (NVDA, AMZN) will almost always score lower — that doesn't mean they're bad investments.
